STEP 3: Message the page with your FULL NAME to get your login credentials/information.
The National Certified Bookkeeper (NCB) program requires a background in accounting or business, specifically a minimum of 6 units in Fundamentals of Accounting.
While the Certified Junior Bookkeeper (CJB) program is open to Senior High School students, non-business undergraduates, and professionals from any field.

Passers are posted on ACTI official Facebook page within 1–5 days after the examination. You will also receive your official rating via email. Membership certificate and ID are usually delivered within 1 to 3 weeks once they have been handed over to our courier partner.

You can check your status via the "Membership Verification" tab at the top of this website or on the official ACTI, Inc. website. Simply select your program, enter your name in the fields provided, and click "Search."
Membership is valid for two years from the date of issuance or renewal. You can verify the specific expiration date on your membership ID card. For your convenience, newly issued certificates and membership IDs now feature an embedded QR code for seamless access to your status and details.
